A $75.00 deposit is required for all first-time appointments. Your Scheduled time is for you and you alone. This is applied as a credit to your appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, the deposit may be returned. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable.
1. Schedule your appointment and pay the $75.00 appointment deposit, this deposit goes towards your consultation fee.
2. Complete your Intake Form prior to your appointment and get it to us either via email or mail (24 hrs. prior to consultation).
3. Send us copies of any lab work you have had within the last year.
4. A list of medications or supplements you are currently taking.
We offer two types of Wellness consultations ( consultations are conducted in person and virtually).
Therapies are a separate service not included in your wellness consultation.
*Supplements and any further labs/tests are not included in the consultation fee.
1). Comprehensive consultation -BioEnergetic Assessments.
First Comprehensive Appointment including Wellness Blueprint – 90 min to 120 mins: $345.
Follow-up visits are usually an hour and are $195.00.

2). No BioEnergetic Assessments: Basic wellness consultation
First Basic visit - 60 mins to 75 mins: $195.00.
Basic Follow-up visit - 30 mins: $135.00.
Review your health History
Review of labs (if available)
A wellness plan to improve your current health concern
Suggestions for other labs if necessary (Saliva test, Hair/urine analysis, etc.)
Wellness Blue Print.
Very brief appointments (for established clients)
30 minutes or less are $95.
These appointments are strictly timed and used for clarifications and brief concerns over your body or acute condition.
It is not a replacement for a typical office visit.
Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled service time and are responsible for the full appointment fee.
We do not accept any insurance.
If you have a Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account, you should be able to use this for the office visit(s)

How to cancel/reschedule your appointment:
24-hour notice is appreciated for all cancellations/reschedules.
There is a $75.00 fee for cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice. (via email, or voice mail).
