Assisted Lymph Therapy

What is the Lymphatic System?

The lymphatic system, often referred to as the body's waste removal mechanism, plays a crucial role in supporting the immune and cardiovascular systems. It facilitates the filtration and elimination of waste products from the body while maintaining overall systemic health.

Assisted Lymph Therapy is a non-invasive technique to support the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system. This therapy is intended to encourage healthier lymph movement and help the body process congestion more effectively.

The lymphatic system plays an important role in filtering waste, supporting immune function, and helping the body manage excess fluid, damaged cells, and other unwanted buildup. When lymph flow becomes sluggish or blocked, it can contribute to inflammation, swelling, discomfort, fatigue, and a general sense of heaviness or stagnation in the body.

This therapy is designed to help decongest the lymphatic system, support tissue detoxification, and encourage better physiological flow throughout the body. It may be supportive for concerns such as tissue congestion from injuries, chronic swelling, scars, cellulite, heavy or fatigued legs, headaches, and pre- or post-surgical recovery.

The objective of assisted lymph therapy is to facilitate the proper functioning and ongoing maintenance of the lymphatic system.
